Provided technical support to customers by diagnosing basic mechanical issues over the phone and guiding clients through initial troubleshooting steps.
Logged service requests and breakdown reports accurately in the call‑center system (SAP PM, CRM or similar), ensuring correct fault descriptions and job card creation.
Coordinated workshop bookings by scheduling vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance with mechanics and service advisors.
Performed remote assessments by gathering detailed information on vehicle symptoms, service history, and operating conditions to support workshop technicians.
Escalated complex mechanical faults to senior mechanics or technical specialists, ensuring clear communication and complete documentation.
Followed up on repair progress with workshop teams and provided customers with updates on timelines, parts availability, and job status.
Supported parts ordering and availability checks by verifying stock levels, reserving components, and communicating lead times to customers.
Maintained high customer satisfaction through professional communication, problem‑solving, and timely resolution of queries.
Ensured compliance with safety and warranty procedures
Desired Experience & Qualification
N4–N6 Mechanical / Motor Trade Theory (any accredited TVET college).
Motor Mechanic / Automotive Repair trade-related studies (even if still in progress).
Basic practical exposure to vehicle servicing, fault‑finding, or workshop processes (even short practicals or job shadowing).
