Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, and any other official African language (advantageous). Code B driver’s license. Work experience required; voluntary, internship, or academic research experience in data management or M&E is advantageous. Personal Competencies Computer literate with strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills (MS Package). Basic knowledge of M&E concepts, data flow, and attention to detail. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in at least one South African language (advantageous). Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic environments. Willingness to occasionally travel to field sites under supervision. Interest in M&E and community-based programmes, with curiosity and proactive learning attitude. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Application process: Please note that applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of the SEF Project .
