Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Public Health, or related discipline (preferred); prior relevant experience will be considered. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an M&E function, including monitoring data quality, capacity development of field staff, and coordinating teams. Proficiency in English plus one other South African language (African language highly advantageous). Valid driver’s license; SAMEA membership advantageous. Experience using data management systems and MS Office, with proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Personal Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Suite. Achievement orientation with attention to detail and accuracy. Monitoring and evaluation capability with strong analytical thinking. Planning, organising, prioritising tasks, and problem-solving ability. Information-seeking mindset, curiosity, and adaptability in dynamic environments. Relationship-building, teamwork, and cooperation with colleagues and partners.
