Develop, maintain and support UIF mobile applications throughout their lifecycle, from concept and design to release and ongoing support.
Resources must be available to report to UIF Head Office, 230 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Pretoria (ABSA Towers), when requested.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop fully functional mobile applications according to approved specifications using DevOps methodology.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prepare technical documentation, training materials and operational procedures.
- Conduct unit and UI testing before QA handover, and deploy applications to relevant mobile application stores.
- Integrate applications with existing and new UIF systems; troubleshoot, debug and optimise performance.
- Propose mobile application innovations and deliver outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- At least a two-year ICT qualification in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Information Systems.
- At least five years of experience in Mobile Development.
- A demonstrable portfolio of applications released on the App Store or Android market
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Swift or Java.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, and familiarity with object-oriented design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team.
