POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE – ENERGY & AUTOMATION
AREA: RUSTENBURG
SALARY: R40 000 – R45 000 (Plus company car plus commission)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- N4 – N6 Industrial Electronics (essential).
- N3 Electrical or equivalent (essential).
- Code 8 or 10 driver’s license.
- External Sales experience in Mining industry.
- Electrical Trade – Medium voltage experience 11Kv plus (advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- CRM experience (essential).
- Flameproof experience (advantageous).
- PLC and drives experience (advantageous).
- Must be willing to travel as per job requirements.
- Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English on all levels (essential).
- Must be punctual (essential).
- Self-motivated, ambitious and driven.
DUTIES
Main duties will include, but not limited to the following
- Maintain and develop Distributors, existing customers, new customers and products.
- Maintain and develop a database of Distributors, customers and prospects.
- Respond to and follow up Sales enquiries.
- Monitor and report on Distributor Sales activities.
- Assist Distributor with end user sales and presentations.
- Conduct Market research to aid business developments.
- Achieving agreed sales budgets.
- Ensure control of Budget Forecast, margin and sales.
- Ensure Debtors terms are adhered to for Distributors and end users.
- Monitor Distributor performance against budget.
