- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in underground hard-rock mining production management.
- Botswana ERB (Engineers Registration Board) registration preferred.
- Proven experience in on-site operational coordination.
- Strong crew leadership and workforce management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to mining safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage underground mining production operations.
- Coordinate daily mining activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and develop mining personnel and contractors.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with technical, geological, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize mine performance.
- Ensure effective deployment of resources, equipment, and manpower.
