Mine Manager

Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Mine Manager to join their team based in Limpopo.

Requirements

- Relevant Degree/National Higher Diploma in Metalliferous Mining Engineering.

- A Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency.

- Min 10 years of experience in hard rock mining, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.

- Valid Drivers License

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee the effective monitoring of mining operations and processes.

- Support the overall safety, health, and long-term profitability of the shaft.

- Plan, develop, and coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for the shaft.

- Provide leadership to meet ambitious production and safety objectives.

- Maintain underground conditions at consistently high standards.
