This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong electrical and mechanical expertise who is passionate about maintaining production equipment, reducing downtime, and ensuring optimal plant performance Detail: Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. Install, commission, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before equipment failure. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and production systems where applicable. Ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Complete maintenance reports and maintain accurate service records. Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal). Minimum of 3–5 years' post-trade experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and production machinery. Experience with PLC fault-finding will be advantageous. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. Computer literacy and experience completing maintenance documentation. Valid driver's licence will be advantageous. Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and standby when required.
