Candidates currently or previously employed within food manufacturing, rendering plants, meat/poultry processing, FMCG production or other continuous processing environments are encouraged to apply. Location : Hammersdale / Cato Ridge Area Detail: Key Responsibilities Repairs & Fault Finding – Maintain and repair pumps, gearboxes, mills, steam cookers, VSDs, instruments, pressure equipment and associated plant machinery . Conduct preventative and planned maintenance to minimise equipment downtime. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective repairs. Monitor plant equipment and identify potential failures or maintenance requirements. Assist with installation, commissioning and modification of plant equipment. Ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve plant reliability and performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment faults and repairs. Work closely with production and other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient plant operation. Participate in the Food Safety Team and comply with applicable food safety, quality, health and safety requirements.
