• Serve as the primary point of contact for ad hoc data, reporting, and information requests across the business. • Extract, consolidate, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources. • Ensure data is accurate, complete, and delivered in a format that enables effective business decision-making. • Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Develop and maintain reporting processes that improve data transparency and accessibility. Data Quality & Problem Solving
• Perform detailed validation and quality assurance checks on all data outputs. • Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and gaps, identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting processes. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs. • Manage expectations around delivery timelines and provide regular communication on request status and outcomes. • Engage with external data providers and service partners to source required information and coordinate data-related changes and enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Analysis, Operations, Client Services, and other business units to understand commercial requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving reporting capabilities, operational effectiveness, and business intelligence.
Job Experience and skill required
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and querying, PowerBI, and or Tableau for reporting and visualisation
- Exposure to data warehousing or BI Environments
- Interest in leveraging AI Tools and automation to improve productivity, reporting efficiency and data insights
