Location: Centurion, Gauteng (Office-Based)

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: R360,000 – R700,000 CTC per annum (Depending on Experience)

Probation: 6 Months

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing software development company based in Centurion, is looking to appoint three Mid-Level Full Stack Software Developers to join their expanding development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for developers who enjoy building modern web applications, working with a variety of technologies, and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidates will initially work full-time from the office, with hybrid working arrangements to be reviewed after six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain enterprise software applications.

• Design, build and implement scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues.

• Optimise application performance and database efficiency.

• Assist in system architecture and solution design.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years' professional software development experience.

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline (advantageous).

• Strong Full Stack development experience.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and application architecture.

• Experience working in collaborative development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
