Our client is an established IT services organisation specialising in end-to-end IT management and consultative IT services. Duties & Responsibilities
Develop commercial-grade web applications.
· Deliver projects according to agreed quality, standards and complexity.
· Plan and estimate development tasks.
· Conduct research and take ownership of assigned tasks.
· Mentor and support Junior Developers.
· Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 and a relevant Development Qualification.
· 2+ years’ experience with NodeJS.
· 2+ years’ experience with VueJS, React or Angular.
· 3+ years’ experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and Linux.
· Experience with Elastic Search, MongoDB or NoSQL is advantageous.
· 2+ years’ experience with Git.
· Experience with REST APIs.
· Understanding of Scrum methodology is advantageous.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn.
· High level of professionalism and ability to work well under pressure.
