Requirements: · 2–3 years' experience as an Accountant within an accounting or auditing firm · Proficient in Xero (essential) · Relevant Accounting qualification (Diploma or Degree) · Experience managing multiple client accounts · Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting · Ability to review and guide the work of a junior accountant · Excellent communication and client relationship skills · Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
