DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Safely operate the relevant MHE equipment in accordance with training, site procedures and safety requirements.
- Move, lift, stack and position stock and pallets accurately within the warehouse.
- Load and offload stock as required.
- Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage to products, equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct pre-use equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Comply with all health and safety policies, warehouse rules and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure stock is moved to the correct locations and handled according to operational requirements.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and unsafe working conditions to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to attendance, timekeeping and productivity requirements.
- Report any incidents, near misses or equipment-related concerns to management immediately.
