Our client is seeking a motivated Metallurgical Engineer to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–3 years of industry experience who is passionate about improving metallurgical processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize metallurgical production processes.
- Conduct material testing and metallurgical analysis.
- Investigate product and process failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
- Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams on process improvements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
- 2–3 years' relevant experience in mining, manufacturing, or metals processing.
- Knowledge of metallurgical testing and quality control principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with metallurgical software is advantageous.
