Start free — we apply for you →- We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Merchandiser to join a close-knit team and take ownership of the merchandising process across product development and production.
- This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple products, suppliers and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage products through the merchandising and production process.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, factories and internal teams.
- Coordinate samples, approvals and production timelines.
- Assist with product costing, pricing and specifications.
- Monitor critical timelines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Ensure products meet client specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate product and merchandising documentation.
- Assist with range development and fashion trend research.
- Identify and communicate potential delays or production challenges.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in clothing/fashion merchandising.
- Experience within clothing manufacturing or retail.
- Strong understanding of product development and production.
- Experience working with retailers or clothing brands advantageous.
- Strong Excel and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with a hands-on approach.
- Passion for fashion and current trends.
