- Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate qualification that allows registration with HPCSA as Medical Specialist in Internal Medicine.
- Registration with HPCSA as Medical Specialist in Internal Medicine
- Grade 1: None / Grade 2: 5 years / Grade 3: 10 years experience
- Valid Code B/EB or higher driver's license. Participate in after-hours call system.
- Proven competency in managing Internal Medicine cases independently
- Proven knowledge to perform special investigations including Echocardiography, Bronchoscopy, Holter ECG, Bone marrow Biopsy and Ultrasound-guided Biopsies
DUTIES
- Ensure delivery of comprehensive, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality healthcare services
- Promote positive patient experience aligned with Value System
- Promote and sustain strong clinical governance
- Create and support conducive learning environment for students
- Provide outreach and support services to strengthen healthcare delivery
