Our client, a well-established dental practice in Ballito , is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Medical Reception/Admin Support professional with strong administrative skills to join their team.
Are you a people person who is highly organised and able to keep things running smoothly in a busy practice? This could be the opportunity for you! Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The role would include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answering telephone calls and handling patient queries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the patient diary
- Managing patient billing through our medical practice software
- General administration and day-to-day reception duties
- Managing orders from our online store, including processing and coordinating orders
- Assisting with stock/order management where required
- Working closely with the rest of the team and being willing to help wherever needed
