Medical Management: Learnership (12-Months) - Centurion

Introduction

Purpose of the role

The Company is committed to youth skills development, providing unemployed matriculants with an opportunity to gain work-based experience while participating in a Learnership Programme.

Applications are invited for the Medical Management Learnership for unemployed matriculants between the age of 18 and 23. The Learnership program will run for a period of twelve (12) months .

A verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work based exposure may include the following

Undertaking Functions

• Vendor Rotation System, claim's view functions, VMS system

• Medical Scheduling System

Resolve queries relating to panel of medical experts

• Proper management of queries relating to but not limited to:- Payment queries; Instruction queries; Contract details

Monitoring SLA compliance by Service Providers and reporting on trends

• Report on performance against timelines

• Monthly reports on allocation trends

• Breach reports analysis

Co-ordinate engagements with service providers

• Attend quererly engagements with service providers

• Assisting in arranging engagement with service providers

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements and Experience

• Must be between the ages of 18 to 23 years

• Must be unemployed

• Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate

• Certified copy of your ID

• Your CV and motivational letter

• Applicants must be unemployed , were never employed in the field of the post and never participated in a learnership programme in the relevant field of the post previously.

Package & Remuneration

Monthly stipend: R4,500.00 pm
