Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field Experience in software development within an industrial or engineering environment Strong understanding of electrical systems and control technologies Knowledge of PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or ABB Proficiency in programming and commissioning practices Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions for industrial automation and electrical applications Integrate software with electrical and control systems Support testing, commissioning, and system optimisation activities Troubleshoot and resolve software and electrical system issues Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on project delivery Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and project requirements Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
