- We are seeking a motivated and driven Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will support engineering operations, maintenance projects, technical investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic facilities management environment. This role offers exposure to practical engineering applications, project coordination, compliance standards, and client engagement while providing valuable professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced operational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems and equipment across various sites.
- Support engineering teams with planned maintenance, breakdown investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Participate in project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, maintenance schedules, and engineering documentation.
- Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding engineering-related matters.
- Monitor equipment performance and report on operational risks or defects.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Assist with asset management and lifecycle planning activities.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support where required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and project updates.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and practical engineering skills through on-site exposure and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following discipline:
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years' experience graduate, internship, or relevant academic exposure acceptable
- Foundational understanding of ESG principles and sustainability concepts 2
