ASLA is calling on all motivated matriculants (currently in Grade 12 or completed matric in 2025) who have an interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be offered Employment and potential bursary opportunities, with the opportunity to gain exposure to the different skill areas within ASLA, which includes
- Quantity Surveying
- Estimating
- Civil Engineering construction and Surveying
- Housing construction
- Plant operating, maintenance and management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
In order to gain access to this opportunity, we encourage matriculants with more than 50% pass grades in Maths/Technical Maths and Science to apply.
Minimum requirements
South African citizenship
Either currently in Grade 12 or passed Matric in 2025
Achieve a minimum score of 50% in Maths/Technical Maths and Science
Live within the Western and Southern Cape region
