Our PE branch has an internal vacancy available for a site administrator. This position will be to cover maternity leave.
Duties & Responsibilities
Admin
- Compile weekly / monthly company and client reports (i.e.HR/ Ops /Absenteeism / Incidents)
- Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports in relation to site role, time keeping, absenteeism, IR matters, leave and overall employee incident related issues
- Accurate filing, management and updating of Employee files
- Capturing and submission of timesheets
- Collating and submission of employee pay queries
- Administrate employee contracts
- Escalate non-compliance where appropriate
- General administration duties
Recruitment
- Conduct bulk recruitment and sure a constant supply of candidates to be ready for placements
- Ensure temp placement targets are met and orders are filled
- Ensure client recruitment needs are being met and are aligned with company / client requirements, policies, and procedures. – Company’s recruitment and selection policy and procedure adhered to / full compliance
- Assist in filling perm orders and higher-level positions as per client demand and unit requirements
Operations
- Assist contacting employees towards collection and drop off points – site allocation and placement.
- Assist in co-ordinating and ensuring due diligence is conducted before placement of staff on site based on client and company requirements and expectations.
- Assist in the induction of employees as per company and client requirement.
- Where applicable, attend meetings – for minute taking and provide input as per job function
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- HR related or diploma (advantageous)
- Driver’s License
- Own vehicle (advantageous)
- Administration certification / qualifications (advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good verbal and written communication
- Passionate about people and efficient service delivery
- Ability to multitask
- Accepts responsibility
