The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory control, project kit preparation, dispatch coordination, returns processing, and warehouse management to ensure smooth project execution. Detail: Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing, stock control, or project logistics. Computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems. Valid driver's licence advantageous. Experience within the solar, electrical, construction, or industrial sectors. Knowledge of PV components including inverters, batteries, racking systems, and cabling. Logistics, inventory, or supply chain-related qualifications. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch project materials according to project schedules and BOMs. Ensure accurate stock control, binning, labelling, and inventory management. Conduct stock counts and maintain alignment between physical stock and system records. Process project returns, warranty items, and damaged stock. Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate dispatch documentation. Liaise with project and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability. Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards. Identify stock shortages and proactively communicate supply risks. Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
