This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to manage the physical flow of materials, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project materials are accurately prepared, dispatched, tracked, and returned, supporting efficient project execution and maintaining high inventory standards . Detail: Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Post-school qualification or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Warehousing (advantageous). Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing, stock control, or project logistics. Experience within the electrical, solar, construction, or industrial environment is highly advantageous. Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) components, including inverters, batteries, racking systems, and cables, is advantageous. Computer literacy with experience using inventory or ERP systems. Responsibilities: Prepare, pick, pack, and stage project materials according to approved Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure complete project kits are dispatched accurately and on schedule. Coordinate dispatch readiness in line with project timelines. Identify and communicate stock shortages before project deadlines. Receive, bin, label, and organise incoming stock. Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records. Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Prepare stock ageing and inventory reports. Process returned project materials and assess their condition. Quarantine and record faulty items for warranty claims. Reconcile reusable and scrap inventory. Maintain accurate documentation for all returned stock. Coordinate deliveries with logistics and project teams. Prepare dispatch documentation and delivery notes. Verify and file proof of delivery documentation. Liaise with project teams to ensure delivery completeness. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure warehouse compliance with SHEQ standards and company procedures. Conduct regular housekeeping and safety inspections. Ensure racking, storage areas, and hazardous zones comply with safety requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
