Cartrack Academy the skills development arm of Cartrack gives individuals from the community and employees the chance to build meaningful careers, and in doing so, strengthen businesses, family and communities across the country. We are looking for a Material Developer to be responsible for creating and maintaining vocational course material to join our vibrant and fast growing team. Duties & Responsibilities
A successful candidate will do the following
- Align existing material to required criteria.
- Research, create and design bespoke vocational (TVET) qualification material.
- Work closely with SME's and academic professionals to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and innovation.
- Ensure that material is relevant, engaging and aligned with industry standards, occupational frameworks and national QCTO qualifications.
- Continuously update and mantain the integrity of the material and keep it safe and secure.
- Assist the e-learning developers with the transfer of academic material to the online platform.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- National Senior Certificate/Grade 12
- ETD Practitioner with Instructional Design
- Previous Experience in Material Development essential
- Proficient in English Writing Skills
- Strong attention to detail (spelling and Grammar)
