Are you a commercially minded Pricing Analyst who loves working with data, uncovering trends and finding opportunities to improve profitability? An exciting opportunity is available within a well-established and dynamic organisation, where you’ll play a key role in developing and analysing pricing strategies that support revenue growth and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse pricing, sales, margin and product performance data
  • Develop and maintain pricing models, reports and dashboards
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Identify pricing opportunities and risks across product categories
  • Support pricing strategies that drive revenue and profitability
  • Perform margin and profitability analysis
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to commercial and finance stakeholders
  • Assist with pricing reviews, promotions and product changes
  • Ensure pricing data is accurate, consistent and up to date
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement and Commercial teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant BCom / Finance / Economics / Statistics / Business Analytics qualification
  • 2–4 years’ experience in pricing, commercial analysis, financial analysis or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills — advanced Excel would be advantageous
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of margins and profitability
  • Experience with BI tools, ERP systems or pricing software would be advantageous
