  • Coca-Cola Beverages Africa CCBA presents an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Controller to join the Finance team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Lead: Master Data
  • The Master Data Controller will be leading the Master Data team to ensure the organisation's master data is accurate, reliable, and strategically valuable by driving high standards of data integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement. The role exists to deliver timely and meaningful data insights that support informed business decision-making, while fostering strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders to enable effective data-driven operations across the organisation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity for Accuracy, Completeness, Consistency, Timeleness, Uniqueness and Validity of master data across the organization.
  • Operational Efficiency: Achieve high levels of operational efficiency in data management processes.
  • Quality Improvement: Maintain high standards of data quality and address defects promptly.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide critical data insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

Skills, Experience & Education Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP Systems MSD/SAP, data governance tools MDRM/SAP MDG, Fabric, Power BI and MS Office; strong understanding of data quality management.
  • SQL with deep understanding of tables structures and relationships.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of data management experience, with at least 1 year in informatics, data management, or data governance.
  • Experience working with multiple CCBA / Multi national countries
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365, Pilog MDRM data management advantageous
  • Experience with Property, Plant and Equipment with specialized experience in CDE

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
