Key Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Master Data
- Onboarding of new trading and non-trading customers.
- Maintaining data for sales/distribution and credit.
- Performing customer risk assessments.
- Managing daily SLA on customer requests.
- Handle new onboarding queries.
- Engaging with customers and BDR's daily.
- Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the organisation's data sets.
- Manage document management.
Material master Data
- Create and maintain material master data.
- Manage daily SLA on SNOW.
- Handling material master data queries.
- Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the material master data sets.
Key Attribute and Competencies
- Strong Master Data maintenance understanding.
- Engaging personality and hardworking team player.
- Excellent co-ordinator and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perform task with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equalavant qualification.
- Bachelor Degree would be advantages.
- Strong Microsoft suite computer knowledge, advanced excel skills.
- SAP experience a must.
- Strong FMCG experience in an administration environment.
- Understanding the order to cash cycle.
- Strong Knowledge of legal documentation and business acumen.
