Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Analyst Product to join the Finance team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Lead: Master Data
CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. The Master Data Analyst Product will ensures the accurate, complete, and timely creation, extension, validation, maintenance, and activation of product master data across relevant systems. By safeguarding data quality and process compliance, the position enables successful product launches, reliable supply and demand planning, accurate costing, compliant reporting, and seamless end-to-end business operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity for Accuracy, Completeness, Consistency, Timeleness, Uniqueness and Validity of master data across the organization.
- Operational Efficiency: Achieve high levels of operational efficiency in data management processes.
- Quality Improvement: Maintain high standards of data quality and address defects promptly.
- Strategic Insights: Provide critical data insights to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

- Master Data governance and process compliance mindset.
- Ability to identify risks and drive proactive resolution of data and process issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (MSD/SAP preferred), data governance tools (MDRM), Power BI and MS Office; strong understanding of data quality management.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Product Lifecycle Management.
- Good understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and master data processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
