The Marketing Officer will support the planning, coordination and delivery of campaigns, events and content that promote Rallim's programmes, services and brand. This role suits a proactive team member with sound marketing fundamentals, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns. Create, coordinate and update content for the website, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate brochures, newsletters, presentations and other marketing materials.
- Support events, promotions and public-relations activities.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM records and content libraries.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant exposure to marketing, communications or a related field.
- Working knowledge of marketing principles, digital media and social platforms. Familiarity with email marketing tools or basic analytics; training will be provided where required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative, enthusiastic and eager to develop new skills.
- Able to organise work, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate, Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Two to five years' relevant experience in marketing or communications, including internship or graduate-level experience.
- Exposure to education or technology, digital-marketing certification, content creation, basic graphic design or social-media management will be advantageous.
