- Manage and respond to patient enquiries.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to basic enquiries, and report on trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including the creation and distribution of collateral and coordination of event logistics.
- Organise and distribute marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor the website for content updates and maintenance issues and respond to enquiries.
- Ensure that all client service interactions meet quality standards and reflect positively on the brand.
- Manage the marketing mailbox and track the volume and type of enquiries received.
- Support on-site marketing activities at hospitals, including events and campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining marketing reports, files, and databases.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proof of completion of N6 Qualification in Marketing Management
- Familiarity with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Computer literacy is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
