Detail: Duties and Responsibilities: Brand & Social Media: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies. Create compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms. Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns. Grow our online presence and increase engagement. Monitor trends, algorithms and digital marketing developments. Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements. Marketing & Special Projects: Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Lead exciting special projects that enhance the brand. Assist with product launches, promotions and company events. Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative ways to reach customers. Collaborate with suppliers, branches and management to deliver successful campaigns. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing material. Creative Content: Write engaging copy for advertisements, promotions and social media. Design eye-catching graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Produce reels, videos and behind-the-scenes content. Tell the comapny story in a way that connects with our audience. Requirements: Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar creative platforms. Strong photography and videography skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Trend spotting. Valid driver's licence (advantageous). Highly creative and full of fresh ideas. Passionate about branding and digital marketing. Up to date with social media trends and emerging technologies. Confident behind both the camera and the computer. Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Experience in the following will be an advantage: Meta Business Suite Google Analytics Paid social media advertising Paid social media advertising (Meta Ads is a bonus). AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.). Event planning and brand activations.
