We’re a growing student accommodation company looking for an energetic Student Experience & Leasing Intern to join our team and help prospective students find their next home.
This isn’t your typical admin internship. You’ll work directly with students, help manage enquiries and applications, assist with room selections, and be part of the journey from the first WhatsApp message to a confirmed booking.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
Chatting to prospective students via WhatsApp, email and phone
Following up on new leads and helping convert enquiries into bookings
Helping students complete their applications and submit the right documents
Matching students with available rooms and accommodation options
Explaining room options, pricing and the application process
Keeping student and application information organised and up to date
Following up with students throughout their application journey
Making sure every prospective student receives a friendly, professional and helpful experience
Desired Experience & Qualification
We’re looking for someone who is
Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking to students
Organised and able to stay on top of lots of enquiries
A strong communicator
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and online systems
Proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone
Energetic and eager to learn
Interested in marketing, property, student accommodation, sales or customer experience
