Start free — we apply for you →- The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely monthly management reporting, performing financial reconciliations, and providing analytical insights that enable informed business decision-making through the effective use of advanced technologies, including Power BI, Power Query, automation tools, and emerging AI capabilities to drive efficiency and reporting excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Working Capital, P&L, and SG&A management reporting.
- Prepare financial analyses and ad hoc reporting as required to support business decision-making.
- Ensure standardization across departments, functions and regions.
- Perform reconciliations between source systems, reporting tools, and consolidation platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain reporting structures, mappings, and master data files.
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of reporting dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Refresh, troubleshoot, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Accounting Qualification CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent with 2 years' post-articles or post-qualification experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or management reporting.
- Certifications or demonstrated experience in Power BI dashboard development, maintenance and reporting analytics.
- Experience producing monthly management reporting.
- Experience with financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting investigations.
- Prior Power Query and Power Automate and SharePoint administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- ERP Systems experience SAP, HFM, or similar
- English language ability, both written and spoken.
