Start free — we apply for you → MARKETING CONSULTANT Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel – Cape Town Position Overview Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel is looking for a creative, results-driven and enthusiastic Marketing Consultant to help increase our brand awareness, drive direct bookings and promote the hotel across digital and traditional marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Promote hotel rooms, self-catering apartments, events, packages and special offers.
Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Create promotional flyers, posters, advertisements and digital campaigns.
Drive direct bookings through targeted promotions and marketing initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate, travel and event partnerships.
Build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, companies and local businesses.
Promote the hotel for weddings, conferences, events, group bookings and special occasions.
Monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences.
Assist with promotional events, activations and networking opportunities.
Track marketing performance and provide regular reports on campaigns and results.
Work closely with the Front Office and Management teams to ensure promotions are communicated correctly.
Develop creative marketing ideas to attract both local and international guests.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in hospitality, tourism or hotel marketing.
Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
Excellent communication, networking and sales abilities.
Creative approach to advertising and promotions.
Knowledge of Canva, Postermywall or similar design platforms.
Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Professional, energetic and results-oriented personality.
