Our client in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing team and help bring our brands to life. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, social media, digital marketing, content creation, events, and day-to-day marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for marketing and creativity, and is eager to develop their skills while making a meaningful contribution. Detail: Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline. 1–2 years' experience in a marketing support or marketing assistant role. Experience creating and managing content across social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite considered an advantage. Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, email marketing, and website content management. Valid driver's licence with the ability and willingness to travel when required. Duties Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across multiple brands. Develop engaging marketing content, including graphics, photography, video, and written copy. Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns from concept through to completion. Update and maintain website content, email marketing campaigns, and marketing databases. Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, promotional events, and other brand activations. Procure, manage, and distribute marketing collateral, promotional merchandise, and branded materials. Prepare monthly marketing reports and assist with monitoring campaign performance and key metrics. Provide day-to-day marketing administration and coordinate with suppliers and service providers. Leverage AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency while ensuring brand consistency and content accuracy.
