Duties & Responsibilities
Tasks related to this position include but are not limited to
- Collection and Preparation of samples
- Writing technical report
- Conduct research and development
- Specifying chemical production methods, materials and quality standards
- Ensuring that chemical production methods they conform to specifications
- Performing laboratory steps and analysis
- Testing proposed process in small scale operation
- Establishing work measurement programs
- Recording and analyzing of data
- Maintain laboratory equipment ( cleaning and compliance)
- Follow procedures thoroughly
- Supporting the Marketing and Service department
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required competencies for this position include
- Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (or related)
- Driver’s License(Compasolry)
- Medical fitness for ceramic work environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- National Senior Certificat must be included and also note we need at least 50% in both mathematics and physical science
