We are looking for an experienced Marketing administrator to join us.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Assist with website content updates, including pricing and basic content management.
- Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines.
- Monitor stock and update listings accordingly
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- Provide general administrative support to management and internal teams.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and company records.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and operational administration.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and scheduling content.
- Experience assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Experience updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience providing administrative support, including calendar management, report preparation, and document administration.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp) is advantageous.
- Experience in stock management or maintaining online product listings is beneficial.
