• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Workshop Manager, Production Manager or Works Manager within commercial vehicle body building or heavy structural steel manufacturing • Strong ability to read and interpret structural, mechanical and hydraulic drawings • In-depth practical knowledge of cutting, bending and welding processes, including MIG/flux-cored welding • Experience with chassis integration, tipping mechanisms and tanker systems will be essential • Strong mechanical problem-solving and diagnostic abilities • Proven experience managing and leading workshop teams • Hands-on leadership approach with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills • Relevant Trade Test (Boilermaker / Plater / Toolmaker) or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Production Management will be advantageous • Valid driver's licence Consultant: Celine Robberts - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
