Job Title: Manufacturing Executive Start Date: 2026-08-31 - 2026-09-28 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB004023 Sectors: Manufacturing Location: Gauteng , JHB - Eastern Suburbs Salary: (Market related, Negotiable) Brief: business acumen|commercial refrigeration|hvac|johannesburg east|lean manufacturing|manufacturing|manufacturing executive|mechanical/electrical engineer|medical aid|perm|provident fund|staff management|strategic Background: Leading manufacturing company is looking a Manufacturing Executive to oversee all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations Detail: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Operations Management, Business Management or a related field 5 - 10 Years executive management experience within a production or fabrication setting HVAC and refrigeration exposure advantageous Must have strong strategic and business acumen skills Strong leadership, data analysis, and technical problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations for the company Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs Involved in commercial and strategic business/commercial decisions with Executive Control departmental budgets and coordinate inventory with Procurement Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing processes Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and meet Customer demands Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Managers and Workers to achieve production targets Develop and maintain relationships with Suppliers and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing Principles to optimize workflow and minimize waste Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative manufacturing practices Prepare and present reports to senior management on manufacturing performance, goals, and strategies TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
