- Minimum 5 years' hospitality experience, with significant senior management responsibility.
- Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager or equivalent senior leader within a luxury lodge, hotel or resort.
- Exceptional Deputy General Managers or Operations Managers may be considered.
- Strong commercial, financial, operational and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving profitability, revenue growth and business development.
- Strong experience managing and developing hospitality teams.
- Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality and guest-service standards.
- Strong communication, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.
