- A relevant three-year Tertiary qualification preferably in Engineering, Finance or Business, etc.
- Post graduate qualification in Finance or Business Management is preferable
- Valid driver's licence
- Considerable Management experience at a senior level in relevant field 8 years or more
Key Performance Areas
- Identify and define the immediate, short- and long-term objectives
- Lead, coordinate, and direct the staff and resources, and control outcomes associated with utilization, productivity, and performance of personnel within the branch
- Ensure the effective operation of the Electricity Prepayment vending service
- Ensure the effective operation of the Electricity Postpayment service
- Effectively manage and review implemented procedures and processes that regulates Prepaid and Post-paid activities with functionalities
- Manage and guide Electricity Prepaid and Post-paid projects and contracts
- Manage the capital budget, operational budget, and financial reporting requirements of the branch
- Disseminate functional and Operational information on the immediate short- and long-term objectives and current developments, problems and constraints
