- Assure that all quantity surveying standard services are provided throughout the operations, contract and project life cycle.
- Manage the delivery of the Nuclear project quantity surveying service.
- Manage team performance, development of skills, knowledge and capabilities.
- Represent financial controls in tender evaluations, contract clarification and cost negotiations.
- Monitor, advise and support line managers, project managers, contract managers and contract administration services.
- Support the collation and compilation of contract documentation.
- Manage compliance with all Eskom and site related governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality SHERQ requirements.

Minimum requirements Qualifications:
- B-Degree B Tech in Quantity Surveying at NQF 7 with 360 Credits.
Professional Registration Body
- Professional registration with the South African Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals SACQS as Professional Quantity Surveyor PrQS.
Related Minimum Experience
- 5 years related experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering / Engineering and Construction Contracts / Project Management in the Built environment.
