- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Property Law / Public Administration / Legal Studies / Real Estate / Property Management.
- Valid code 8 driver's license.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in Leasing, Legal, or Property Governance, of which 3 years must be at a Supervisory level.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Honours or Postgraduate Diploma NQF8 in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Public Sector Management.
- Professional Membership with the SA Council for Property Valuers or Real Estate Regulatory Body, SAPOA, ILGM, or a Compliance Institute.
