- At least eight years' appropriate managerial experience
- Valid Code B driver's licence.

- Navigating the connections and dependencies in the Project Management ecosystem to realise business, IRT and IT strategy
- Review program budget variance and scope change requests, and participate in the budget-resolution process
- Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of personnel reporting to the incumbent
