- To lead and manage campus and precinct operations, ensuring safe functional environments that enhance tenant satisfaction, operational reliability, and compliance across Intersite's precinct network.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations
- Management, or relevant professional qualification.
- Valid code 8 Driver's license.
EXPERIENCE
- A Minimum of 8 years' experience in facilities or campus operations management, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Honours or Postgraduate Diploma NQF level 8 in Facilities Management / Property / Real Estate / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Operations Management.
- Professional Membership with the SAFMA or SACPCMP.
