REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years’ proven restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
Experience with stock control, stock takes and variance management
Understanding of food and beverage cost control
Experience with cash-ups and daily financial controls
Ability to manage restaurant bookings and functions professionally
Experience dealing with customer complaints and resolving problems
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to manage staff schedules, attendance and performance
Computer literate and comfortable working with POS and restaurant reporting systems
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and professional
Strong attention to detail
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
