Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured, hands-on training across core departments (Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Operations).
- Analyze operational processes, suggest improvements, and execute tasks with high accuracy.
- Support team leads with administrative, logistics planning, and client relations tasks.
- Utilize critical thinking and logical reasoning to solve daily business challenges.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
- Education: Matric with Higher Grade Mathematics (C symbol or higher required).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of work experience—entry-level candidates with high potential are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Computer Literacy: Strong MS Office proficiency, specifically Advanced Excel skills.
- Core Competencies: Exceptionally high IQ and EQ, strong work ethic, logical reasoning, adaptability, and high personal integrity.
