This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, driving financial performance, and providing strategic financial insights within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience in the advertising, media, marketing, digital, or similar service-based industries will have a distinct advantage. Detail: Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Qualified Accountant (SAIPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in a Management Accounting role. At least 2 years' experience in a senior role within a group or multi-entity environment . Demonstrable experience with financial consolidations and IFRS reporting. Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience. Experience preparing annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Previous team management experience. Advanced proficiency in Sage 300 , ERP systems, IBM Cognos , and Microsoft Excel . Experience within the advertising, media, marketing, digital, or a similar fast-paced commercial environment would be highly advantageous. Exposure to B-BBEE reporting, compliance, and transformation initiatives would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting. Consolidate financial results across multiple entities and prepare monthly group reporting packs with insightful variance analysis. Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information. Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Develop financial models, KPIs and management dashboards. Partner with business units and finance teams to support strategic decision-making. Present financial results and recommendations to senior management. Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, controls and systems. Support ERP and finance system implementations and upgrades. Ensure compliance with IFRS and maintain robust financial controls. Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
